The staff were great, room clean and quiet, lovely food in the restaurant, efficient waitress, spacious room with comfortable bedding, convenient location for overnight stop.

For us it was ideal.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Tamworth, had much fun. The family room was perfect for family. Moreover, Wi Fi was available throughout the property.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Quality dishes can be found in the lounge restaurant.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious two-bedroom accommodation. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The location was convenient, close to the town center and easily accessible. I also appreciated the inclusive continental breakfast at the neighboring restaurant, which offered a wide variety of breads and cereals. Having gluten-free options available was a bonus, and I enjoyed a great glass of wine with my meal.

No improvements needed, everything was okay.

The bed was rather soft and had a little difficulty getting the aircon to function not great when it is so cold

Rooms are practical, large... The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite sufficient.

The neighbours had a party until 11pm, but the motel can't help it. At the checkout other guests complained about it.

The hotel staff was helpful and gave me great info about the area. The room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. It was wonderful to have a restaurant onsite with great meals. Additionally, the location to the shopping centre was convenient.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its convenient location close to the town centre makes it easy to find everything you need, and the staff provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a full-sized bathtub and air conditioning. The breakfast included in the stay is a bonus, with the option for gluten-free food and a selection of great wine.

The hotel could improve on providing consistent hot water in the showers.

The bed was fairly comfortable

Restaurant hours. Couldn't get free WiFi. Bathroom was the size of a shoebox. It wasn't as good or modern as it looked on the booking site. Couldn't get hot breakfast on Sunday.

The room was very spacious and the lounge is a more comfortable place to watch the TV.

The reception on arrival wasn't occupied and the enquiring phone attached to the outside wasn't being answered.Other people leaving were having similar problems getting in touch with the proprietor.

Friendly Staff & Great Food!

We had a fantastic weekend away and were impressed with the welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Complementary Wi-Fi and parking were very handy and appreciated. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious with excellent service. We especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast and snacks provided in the room.

One minor issue was with the tap, which was loud and in need of repair or replacement. , the fridge was positioned too close to the door, which made closing difficult.
